Wisdom & Strength Fitness offers personal training and custom programming in a private studio with an emphasis on building the mind-muscle connection, core strength, glute strength and improved mobility.
These regions of the body play the largest role in strength, injury prevention and longevity.
We offer training to all ages and strength levels, We cover everything from losing weight, gaining muscle, athletic performance, nutrition, mobility & overcoming chronic pain.

CONNECT
The ability to mentally connect to the intended muscle during exercise is absolutely vital to progressing and oftentimes people are directed to focus on the same exercises regardless of feeling a connection or not.
Every body is different and what works for one person may not work for others. Finding the exercises that yield the greatest connection are vital when beginning your life changing journey and staying injury-free.
BUILD
You wouldn't build your dream home atop a foundation of cracked concrete or an unlevel surface, this would severely affect the integrity of the structure. This same concept should be applied when building the physique you desire. Balance, Stability, Mobility, Muscular Imbalances & Postural Distortions should be identified and addressed first to establish a strong foundation to build upon.
STABILIZE
Whether you are looking to bulk up with muscle, lose weight or tone the body. Learning how to brace and stabilize the spine through breath and core control, to be able to flex any muscle in the body through movement and focus, to feel balance across the body is the foundation of proper training and the foundation should always be built first to achieve true strength and longevity.

I offer One-on-One training sessions as well as One-on-Two.
Couples and friends are welcome to come train together!
All sessions are done in a Private Studio all to yourself. No traffic, no anxiety about performing around strangers.

Abs are made in the kitchen, a strong core is made in the gym.
Proper Nutrition is absolutely vital when it comes to making changes in the gym. Whether your goals are losing weight, gaining weight or feeling healthier, food is the fuel that drives you towards reaching these goals. As a Certified Nutrition Coach I offer help and guidance in finding the right foods and diet that can help you finally reach your desired body composition.
