Programs
Wisdom & Strength offers 3, 6 & 12 month programs.
Each program is custom built for each client, there are no generic programs available. We cover anything from building strength, muscular hypertrophy, posture & longevity, weight loss, mobility, athletic performance, sports specific performance.
It has also been very common for people to become clients after going through Physical Therapy and now need help in building the strength to help ensure a better future without chronic pain or injury / re-injury.
These programs often involve Balance & Stabilization and establishing proper movement patterns to avoid muscular imbalances that can often take place after an injury as the body tends to create compensations as a way to protect the injured area.
This is not a replacement for Physical Therapy as I am not a Physical Therapist. I believe every trainer should have an understanding of anatomy and movement patterns to safely engage clients in a strength building program, especially when previous injuries have taken place with the client.
Every program is created after a minimum 1 hour session via in-person or video messenger with the client. However, we do offer exercise routines that I have found to be useful personally and also tried and tested to be helpful with clients to help with common issues such as patellar tendinitis, tennis/golfers elbow, low back pain, upper cross syndrome (rounded shoulders, forward head) posture.
